Established in 1985 and licensed and incorporated in the State of Delaware as Meran, Inc., the business trades
under the name of Adhelp.
Merrily Schiavone, President and owner of Adhelp, has a background of more than twenty years experience in
advertising and graphic design. Merrily’s advertising history includes serving as a merchants association
marketing director for two shopping centers, an account executive in print advertising,and a marketing and
advertising director for a retail store chain. Merrily has had life-long education in the fine and commercial
arts, specializing in computer graphic design and desktop publishing since 1988. |
